Our team understands nonprofits and can appropriately explain just what you do to insurance companies who might not understand you as well.
Board Liability Insurance (D&O Insurance). For over 35 years CCSNYS has sponsored group insurance programs for itself and its members. General (Property) Liaibity Insurance. General Liability & Property provides coverage for lawsuits filed against the Nonprofit and its representatives. It protects the nonprofit against liability for property damage or bodily and personal injury that it allegedly caused. Risk Management Resources. CCSNYS provides many different services and resources to help your nonprofit with Risk Managment. CCSNYS regularly sponsors seminars around the state focusing on risk management, proactive policies and procedures, and liability insurance.
CCSNYS Nonprofit Risk Management Center Satellite Office.CCSNYS serves as a satellite office of the Nonprofit Risk Management Center (NRMC), a Washington, DC-based group dedicated to putting practical resources for risk management into the hands of nonprofit organizations across the United States. The team of CCSNYS, the Nonprofit Risk Management Center and our insurance subsidiary, Council Services Plus, provides a one-stop-shop for any and all questions you may have.
