Westchester Regional Office!
The NYCON Westchester Regional Office, made possible with Ryan White Title I funding, is based in Mount Vernon, New York. The office houses the NYCON Tri-County HIV/AIDS Technical Assistance Program, which serves nonprofits providing or planning to provide HIV/AIDS services in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties.
Our TA program provides an array of comprehensive capacity building services at no cost to eligible organizations. These services include:

One-on-one agency technical assistance

Group workshops and trainings

Quarterly schedules of all training opportunities available to HIV/AIDS services providers in the tri-county area and close proximity.

One-on-One Agency Technical Assistance
NYCON tailors its capacity building/technical assistance services to the unique needs of each individual agency. Services are confidential and customized to address individual agency needs identified through an initial agency assessment process. This process may include a written agency self-assessment tool as well as an interview with NYCON staff to fully evaluate the range of services needed or requested by the agency. Available services may include any or all of the following:

Group Workshops/Trainings
In addition to one-on-one agency technical assistance, NYCON TA Program provides opportunities for group training, learning, and networking. Half-day workshops are available on topics such as:
