CCSNYS staff provides technical assistance in all areas of program development including reviewing proposals for funding and facilitating collaborative program development efforts. Tailoring new programs to meet identified community needs, developing appropriate linkages and potential collaborations with other service providers, and identifying mobilizing resources to support program implementation are all critical components of the program development process.
