Mission Driven Strategic Restructuring
Put simply, that means that members of CCSNYS benefit from our unique approach to making the ultimate commitment to your mission; perhaps merging with or being merged into another charity or even dissolving yourselves.
But our approach fosters that sense of mission; preserving the same in a manner where the mission is fostered and resources conserved.
Strategic Restructuring is a term that we use to characterized the various kinds of collective relations that one or more nonprofits can enter into with each other that promotes their respective missions and adds a value added element such as cost savings, shared staffing, shared facilities, etc. that would otherwise not be present.
A classic example would be the dreaded “M” word, merger.
