How Much does it Cost? Much of the work that CCSNYS does with nonprofit members over the phone and via email is free and included with your membership.Nonmembers would not recieve free technical assistance. Keeping costs low is a CCSNYS priority. As of September 1, 2006, for ALL Member agencies with budgets less than $5 million, most technical assistance services are $85/hour for member agencies including facilitation and preparation. Additional travel expenses may also be charged. Fund development, some legal services, and fiscal software installation and training are slightly higher at $95/$105 an hour while general bookkeeping is billed at $36/hour.

For upstate agencies with budgets equal or greater than $5 million but less than $20 million, most technical assistance services are $95/hour for member agencies including facilitation and preparation. Additional travel expenses may also be charged. Fund development, some legal services, and fiscal software installation and training are slightly higher at $105/$115 an hour while general bookkeeping is billed at $46/hour.

For New York City Metro area and Long Island agencies with budgets equal or greater than $5 million but less than $20 million, most technical assistance services are $105/hour for member agencies including facilitation and preparation. Additional travel expenses will also be charged. Fund development, some legal services, and fiscal software installation and training are slightly higher at $115/$125 an hour while general bookkeeping is billed at $56/hour.

For Upstate agencies with budgets equal or greater than $20 million, most technical assistance services are $110/hour for member agencies including facilitation and preparation. Additional travel expenses may also be charged. Fund development, some legal services, and fiscal software installation and training are slightly higher at $120/$130 an hour while general bookkeeping is billed at $56/hour.

For New York City Metro area and Long Island agencies with budgets equal or greater $20 million, most technical assistance services are $120/hour for member agencies including facilitation and preparation. Additional travel expenses will also be charged. Fund development, some legal services, and fiscal software installation and training are slightly higher at $130/$140 an hour while general bookkeeping is billed at $56/hour.
